We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your Auto-Refill subscription! Our system is designed to allow our patients to select their ordering option for either Auto-Refill or a one-time treatment. Selecting Auto-Refill schedules the pharmacy to charge, freshly compound, and ship your medication every 2-3 months, depending on your treatment. However, this is in no way binding, as Auto-Refill can be canceled or paused or adjusted at any time within your account! Our system is also designed to send reminders 5 days before every scheduled refill to give patients time to modify their orders.
