Useless
Musely is straight up trash. Their support is painfully slow and basically nonexistent unless you keep poking them. They don’t help they disappear, and only pop back up when you chase them. And then there’s their broken phone verification. Their so-called “engineering team” falsely tagged my REAL cell number as a burner and hit me with this nonsense: “This phone number is also tied with AWS, which is a phone number creator for burner accounts and such. This number cannot be used unfortunately.” What?? Since when is “AWS” a phone-number generator? That’s not a real explanation it’s a lazy copy-paste excuse to avoid fixing their system. It gets worse: I tried my mother’s LANDLINE and their system still rejected it. So apparently every phone number on earth is a “burner” to them. Cool. End result: I couldn’t even use the service because their verification is broken and support is useless. If you enjoy wasting time, repeating yourself, and getting blamed for their faulty system, go ahead and try Musely. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and use literally anyone else. UPDATE: I contacted their support since they wanted to "make this right" and was just told to wait for their e-mail. Typical...it's been 6 hours now who knows if they'll even replly.
