Can I give Musely 10 stars??? I've had hormonal acne for a few years. Bad, painful breakouts that cropped up right around my cycle, and by the time they cleared up, it was time for the next round. I started using Musely in March and have used it every night since. It's now September, and I haven't had a breakout in months! It took a few weeks to truly see a difference, but the time was definitely worth it.

It was easy to get hold of of someone when I encountered a problem or question. Very helpful and patient staff. I cannot remember the exact date when I was chatting with the staff.

So far so good.

Had a problem with a pump dispenser that didn’t dispense product. I received quick responses to my emails and suggestions of ways to correct the problem, but it still wouldn’t dispense product. After submitting videos, a replacement was sent at no charge.

The 3 products I've used are great. The cleanser i love, the night serum works as stated by the company. The day cream i love also, I am on a auto ship.

So far so good. I just wish the updates on usage were handled by a reminder via email. I dont always look at the app and many times forget due to life.

I decided to take a different route than going to my dermatologist for my rosacea issues. I am 59, my face gets red mostly during the summer bc of heat and I could not get the tiny bumps to stop. I use top skin care cleaners and serums as well. The red rescue and rosacea pill have been a life saver. I would recommend and say to let them work. It took about 30 days for my face to stop having the bumps. The red rescue works pretty quickly. I am now ready to try other Musely products!
