I haven't even purchased a pair of shoes yet and my experience had been poor, I sent them a question about a pair of shoes I was looking to purchase. All I keep getting is what seems to be a bot response about starting a return or exchange.

Buy being honest they are lyers a dishonest.

Bought shoes and received wrong size. Returned shoes and never got refund or replacement. I followed all instructions and got AI bot sending emails ...totally useless. Phone numbers for company do not work. Buyer Beware.....

I ordered shoes before I could open the pak these shoes look 3 sizes too small. My foot wouldnot go iinsde the shoe and I purchaed 3 pair. Terrible sizing and I ordered diabetic socks these are nothing but short nylon knee hi's. Waiting for a response back. I haven't heard anything. I've been duped.The poor quality of theses products they should be banned for false advertisig.

The shoes are not comfortable and too tight with the ridiculous orthotic insoles. (Black and white, inches longer than the beige sandals). No return offered, only a different size. Angry that I fell for another internet scam product. Stay away.

I want to return these shoes I just purchased this month. recieved them this past week. They are too big for me. even tho I ordered the normal size I wear. so how do I return them for my money ba ck

Well along with everyone else... It took a month to get them. They were the wrong size, and i've been waiting for information on returning them. After reading the reviews I think I will just donate the shoes To a woman's charity, instead of wasting more money, trying to return them... This is very disappointing.

WARNING! Do not order from this company it is a scam!! Sent wrong size shoes made me pay for the return then I cannot get a refund out of them. Should have looked at their reviews before buying but didn’t. Sorry for it now. Out almost $90. Never again!!
