The wrong Size shoes delivered sent several emails not one question answered no us website so can't be returned multiple emails I would say it's a robot message everyone gets same answer not happy with service overpriced rubbish

The company has a good product. However, if there is any issue that arises, such as your shoes didn’t fit properly, that is when the headache for the customer begins. It doesn’t matter how many e-mails you send them, they will always send back automated messages, each and every time. I returned a pair of shoes, which they have not acknowledged receiving even though I have evidence that the product was returned to their warehouse, and I have very little hope that they will be exchanged or that my account will be reimbursed. Unfortunately for Musabela, I will no longer be doing business with them.

I had ordered a pair of sneakers for my wife and I. They did not fit, so I returned the sneakers via the instructions they gave me. I completed the purchase on Apr 23 2026 via Affirm payments. It is now June 7 that Musabela USA has not resolved this issue.

I should have read these reviews not theirs. They take down the negative reviews and that’s illegal so I heard because I wrote a negative review and it is no where to be found. . Sadly, I bought 2 pair. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The padded sole inserts are the worst, they don’t fit well, no arch support and provide no cushioning. I have tried to return the shoes to get a refund and got no where. I filed my complaint 4/12, 20 days after I got the shoes with 3 follow up to no avail

I bought 2 pairs of shoes on May 12 I have not gotten them or heard from any One about the order They have been charge to my credit card I would like to get the shoes or a refund

I give them an F in every area. I returned two pairs due to size and requested a refund to my credit card. UPS VERIFIED they were delivered to the warehouse on April 6,2026. Only receive canned responses when I ask why I haven’t received a refund as it has been nearly two months ,no refund has been received. Tried calling phone 334-345-2394 which is non working. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY,

I returned two pairs of shoes. The shoes had a terrible oder and I received two black shoes when I ordered one black and one red. After several emails and more than five months I have not received a refund. All I get is an email that states how sorry they are and the address to return the shoes. I did that months ago! NEVER buy from this company as they are thieves that will keep your money and their products are crap. I have reported them to several agencies in the hope that this company is closed down for good. Don't buy from them!

I ordered a mens size 14 wide. It took a while to get them. When I opened the box they were way to small. They had different size markings on them. Looked them up. They were size 12. So I contacted them. They kept comming back with the same return email. Finally they gave me a address to return them. I paid 15.00 to get a confirmation they received them. I sent proof to them they had been returned. That was a month ago. They've sense sent a different address to send them too. But they already have them. They still will not refund my money or send me the correct size shoes I ordered. I paid with PayPal. They still haven't done anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
