Took thirty days for thim to say they sent my shoes, then they say they were delivered and they never were now.I can't get my money back out of 'em, and I don't have my shoes. Scam

I lost $59.95 for a pair of shoes, plus 16.95 to return them. I have all the documentation plus emailed them many times, plus a letter . NOTHING! They always say in the email that we are sorry and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. I will never recommend this company and will never use them. Still waiting for my refund. Their unresponsiveness is highly suspect. I've sent all information regarding confirmation of return, shipping, tracking, delivery, requested code and order numbers NUMEROUS TIMES and only received a standard template reply. The product received was not as shown in ads, poor quality, and risks for falling with slippery sole construction. Can they be prosecuted?

We received two charges recently on our credit card that we do not recognize. When I tried to view the website, it was blocked on all three of my browsers. Both charges were the same day for what was supposedly orthopedic shoes which neither of us wear. I disputed the charges with my CC Company.

Absolutely the worst company I ever dealt with. Thetold me to return the shoes and it cost me $20 to ship them back that was two months ago. Every time you email them you get the same response they are working on correcting the problem . I believe it's a AI generated message which is sent to everyone . Im out my original purchase price plus my $20 shipping fee and they got their shoes back for free.

Be careful with this company. I think their products are just a front to get money from people and when it is returned, the possibility of getting a refund is far then nil. I was ordering Brooks Ghost shoes as prescribed by my doctor and their ad showed up showing how it is up to par or even better than top brands like Hoka and Brooks at half the cost. I ended up ordering and it defaulted on their promo buy one and get half off on second. After over a month til I received and it was not at all as claimed to be, I returned but still waiting for refund and it’s been over 3 weeks!

They are thieves. Major delivery issues, and after cancellation, the shoes arrived. I was told where to send them (Chino, CA.) for a refund. Stay away from these people unless you want to give your money away. Until my drama and follow-up, I had no idea they were an import company.

Shoes worst fit walked in them around inside my house contacted company they told me where to ship them back over 20 days ago I did this yet every time I try to write them all I get is there automated response I want my refund I have been more than patient
