MusabelaReviews of musabela.com

Very cheap shoes. Wouldn't pay $10 for them in a discount store. Returns are only to China, not Florida, in order to keep you from returning them. Not reputable at all.

These shoes are not true to size. They are also of poor quality. I ordered a women's 12. My toe hits the front. They are also very narrow. In order to get a refund you have to pay more in shipping to China than the shoes cost. But, they were shipped from Florida. Why can't I return them to Florida? Shoot, I could even drive them to Florida since I live in Georgia.

I ordered the shoes 3/19/2024 they should have arrived latest by 4/4/2024. I did not receive them until 4/8/2024. When I first put them on I knew they were poor quality. So disappointed in my purchase, Now I have to pay shipping back to China. Not worth my time, effort and money.

Finally got my shoes in 15 days.Wrong size, but if I return them it will be my responsibility for shipping cost so i did not return. The shoes are not having the benefits they claimed: not-extra wide, not wide toe box, not superb arch support and others that they claimed their shoes provide unparalleled comfort and support. There are made of a chip plastic, and they’re not made in USA,they’re made in China .

U can get these shoes on Temu they are made so cheap walmart sells better quality. I got ripped off. Lesson learned. If you buy and they don't fit u have to pay an outrageous fee to mail back to China!! I paid 107 for 2 pairs of shoes that might cost 12 a piece on Temu!

Finally got my order after a month . Wrong size, but if I return it will be my responsibility for shipping cost so i did not return. The shoes is does not have the benefits they claimed: notextra wide, not wide toe box, not superb arch support and others that they claimed their shoes provide unparalleled comfort and support. I have bunions and have problems on my toe that’s the reason I ordered their shoes. Price is not even worth it. The “free insole” is not comfortable and made of cheap materials including the shoes. I was given 30% off the price because I decided not to return. But even with the 30% off, price is not worth it. I am not buying any shoes from this company again. Waste of money

Do not buy fdrom this group of crooks. They will make returning an item impossible. Will not answer their phones or email. If they do it is not worth the bother to take thetime to do all necessary jumping through hoops.

It's so difficult trying to get a hold of this company (musabela), not through the phone or customer support. I need to return my sneakers, I not quite sure if i need a label or QR code. I could be reach at 862-264-0291
