The shoes are cheap made and hurt my feet.I work 16 hour shifts and need shoes that don’t hurt my feet. These shoes are advertised to be comfortable and relieve foot pain all day. When I requested my money back they informed me my I had to pay 96.00 to ship them back to China, which I was unaware that was where they were coming from when I ordered them. Please these scam artist should be stopped.

Terrible cheap products, no arch supports in the shoes and overpriced. Typos on the branding, thin soles, insoles are uncomfortable. When I asked to return the item, I was informed I needed to pay the shipping charge to return them overseas, which wasnt mentioned when i ordered them! They then offered me a 30% refund to keep the shoe, £30 for a pair of shoes that looked like they could have been a tenner on a marketstall. Don't buy from this company! Interestingly they haven't posted my review on their website either! Update - I have not been contacted by this company either since this review! Scam!

Ordered Pro Ortho shoes and received cheap plastic sneakers with “Fashion PROFESSIONAL SKATEBOARD SHOE” printed on the tongue. In order to get a refund the company wants you to pay to ship the false product to a China address. People should be warned about this company and they need to stop taking peoples money.

The shoes I received are awful. 8 wide was like a 7.5 narrow. No wide toe bed and the bottoms are plastic. These shoes could never do all they are claiming in the ads. People are buying because they promised all this relief. In the 10 minutes I had them on my small bunions were so pained and my foot felt flat with no arch support. To get a refund you must pay to return and that is as much as the cost of the shoe. False ads and bad quality. Your response is also not true. I have had no response other than an automatic acknowledgment that you received my email. Nothing about a solution.

I'd give zero if I could. They post on Facebook that they have warehouses in Minnesota and Canada. I call BS. Every bad review is same. Wrong size, shipped from China, and international return is 2-4 times cost if shoes. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The shoes are also cheap junk. And they remove negative reviews from their website.

Musabela sells lower quality athletic shoes, and uses terrible customer service to make it impossible to return or exchange merchandise. When I tried to get a refund the post office and UPS informed me that the postage would cost more than the price of the $60 shoes. They informed me that this is a scam that even their staff members have been victimized. You can buy better shoes off the shelf at Walmart at half the price with no hassle returns! Do not patronize Musabela or you will get robbed!

Very cheap shoes not worth the price they want work with you to cancel your order and then when you want to send them back they want give you a free shipping label very bad company to deal with please don’t order from this company they will rip you off Kim E
