I bought two pair so that i could switch them out. Silly me to trust the claims made from the advertisements that bombarded my face book page. Took 3 weeks to get here, and came in a plastic bag, I am desperate to find a new pair of shoes, since the previous ones worn from a different manufacturer are no longer the same. Very cheaply made from China. The sole of the Arvo “running” shoe is hard and shiny plastic cheap looking, the sock bed, at least there was one on that pair, is thin and flimsy, and no way that is wide toe box. The other pair, ortho Sang, the laces came apart the first time I put them on for starters, and true orthopedic shoes shouldn’t be able to be slipped on and off without tying. The sock bed is similar to styrofoam(!) and there are little bumps(!) in that styrofoam sock bed at the ball of your feet. Hot and unhygienic for the foot. Wider toe box but very cheaply made. I thought maybe the lack of sock liner was an oversight, asked them but no answer. And the extra foot liner support? More styrofoam- too tall in the shoe - foot is halfway out of the shoe!! Sure, I can return them, refund me 30% and I get to keep shoes I can not wear(!) or return them and maybe get my money back if everything suits them or they ever get there…

They are not well made. Have little support for your feet. Have to pay return to China, won't tell you how much return will cost you.

This has to be a fraud company out of China. Shoes did not fit & I wanted a refund but I'd have to ship them back to China? No U.S. address which should tell you something. Got screwed out of $40 & a lesson learned. PLEASE DON'T DO WHAT I DID.

Disappointed in quality and fit. Returning requires paying and sending to China within 30 days. Site extremely misleading full refund, exchanges etc. They offer 20% back to keep them because return is 40% of cost you have to pay. Never. Ever again.

they sent wrong size you have to return them to china they do not sent invoice with item they give you 30 day to return but you can t get intouch with by phone and on email they take a day to answer you then want to give you 30 percent off and keep the sneaker s that don t plus no return address in package real scam in my book.THEY just reach back to me they can t find me in there system but have my money really.

I am extremely disappointed with quality of the shoes I ordered. I wish to return them but have not heard back from Musabela. I know I will never wear these shoes. Musabela says that I can keep the shoes and get a 30% refund. The other choice is to pay substantial postage to return the shoes to an overseas warehouse. I will ask for the refund, and will give the shoes to a homeless shelter. I look forward to being done w my interactions with Musabela.

I too received shoes. The support for your heel is great but it does not cover the entire shoe; therefore it’s like walking on cement on the back of your foot. Sizing seems too small. Very disappointed. Return policy is terrible! 30% refund, gush, thanks. ( sarcasm) Don’t buy!!!!
