I tried this shoe on and wore it 3 times to make sure I was not having a bad day. There is absolutely no support. If you can wear soft shoes without support, these shoes are for you. I even put in support insoles and it is too soft of a shoe for myself. Very disappointing, because they are adorable, blue and pink.

I have spoken with Caroline and she sent me a link to choose the shoes. I did and you came back and replied that those shoes are not available and to choose a different pair. I did, Men's Ortho murn, size 13 "extra wide"! This has been an extremely and excruciating experience - and for a pair of shoes. How do you guys stay in business, by scamming people like me? NEVERTHELESS THIS HAS BEEN AN EXCRUCIATING EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH YOU OVER 6 WEEKS AND STILL WAITING FOR THE SHOES THAT WERE PAID FOR. Shocking, when I received the shoes, I was surprised at the poor quality. It was appalling, these are the cheapest and worse shoes I have ever seen. I ordered two pair to make sure that I had the correct size and was going to return the one that didn't fit. At the time of order the site stated free delivery and returns, they took that down. Lucky, I took a picture of their fake advertisement before removal, I would share on here if that was an option. I started to look at reviews and they have poor ones. Just not on their site, I saw mention that someone said they believe they are making the positive reviews themselves. They reimbursed me for one of the shoes but not the original order which of course cost more. Ordered a pair of Sandals and a pair of sneakers. In their the pictures it clearly shows that the sandals are leather. The ones I received are made of a cheap vinyl type material maybe worth $5. The sneakers are also very poor, cheap material. Unfortunately I am in the same predicament as others trying to return the items for a refund, which is cost prohibited for me as I am on a fixed income. Please don’t throw your money away by purchasing from this company.

I cannot exchange my size 6 for a size 7, I've sent emails asking for a free exchange and can't get nowhere so I'm stuck with a size 6 which are too small

Shoes are very narrow and with the arch inside the shoe they are not comfortable at all!! To narrow and tried to return and they will only give you a discount on a pair of shoes that are not made very well and don’t fit !! Or a very expensive return overseas that I can’t afford! Not at all USA--Deceptive I ordered two pairs of "Ortho Makel comfortable sandals". They didn't fit and the quality is on par with cheaper competitors. I tried to return them for a refund. I was given two choices: free exchange or return shoes to a warehouse OVERSEAS. My shipping cost would be prohibitive, they said, so they offered a 30% refund and I could keep the shoes. What's happening here? They advertise this company on Facebook as Musabela USA. False advertising! There is nothing USA about this company. And using "Ortho" in the description is deceptive; "Ortho Shoes" is a separate company. I will always check reviews FIRST before ordering online again. Buyer beware. Further comment the reply from Musabela is the same as it uses for all such reviews. Very poor customer service.

These shoes are absolute TRASH. Nothing about them is orthopedic. Cheaply made, and in order to return them they want you to ship them back to CHINA at YOUR expense. They offer you a refund of $20 which is probably what these pieces of garbage are really worth. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! PS: Musabela can save their computer generated reply. They've already fleeced the customer and it means nothing.
