I got caught by the ad
I got caught by the ad. They sent me the wrong size. They are cheaply made. They bend which is the opposite of what anyone with orthotic needs wants in a shoe. They want me to pay to return to China. DO NOT BUY!

The shoes are too small so you better size up. I didn’t fit shoes and company said I could return but I have too pay to send to China. These shoes are not worth it. Do not buy! Stick with USA brands. The shoe is plastic it is not a good shoe. Customer service is not good doesn’t care because they know they are ripping you off. Please beware

We're sorry to hear that your experience with our service fell short of expectations. We always recommend sizing up as they run smaller than other brands. Upon checking your tickets, We can see that you reached out to our support because shoes were too small for you. You already ordered the biggest size available. Our support team promptly provided you the return instructions in order to get a full refund. Musabela Customer Service

The (Chinese) shoes run MUCH TOO SMALL by a size or two. When I tried to return them, I took them to FEDEX and it was going to be $130 to return them to CHINA. So I guess I'm out the $59 I paid for them to relieve foot pain. Don't buy from Musabela!

Not as advertised
Based on the promos, I thought the sandals I bought might be a lower cost viable alternative to Orthofeet I usually wear. They're not! They are lower cost but nowhere near as comfortable. As a matter of fact, I had to use an Orthofoot insert to even wear them. The orthotic they included was a joke. The only way to keep it from slipping out the back of the sandals was to glue it in. Another poorly designed and made Chinese product.

I order a size 9/12 wide and got a size 4...I have emailed and called no response...i should've read the reviews first i would've never brought them. Now i'm out of $59.99.
Response from MusabelaAug 9, 2024
Hi Michelle, upon checking your order We can see that you actually ordered a size 4 and not 9.5 as you stated above. We also don't see any ticket associated with your email address. If you had reached to our support team, you would have already received your free replacement order. Therefore, this review should be considered improper. You can still send an email to [email protected] to get your order exchanged for free. Musabela Customer Service
