I ordered 2 e widths shoes and they sent me regular with. When I ordered these there was they offer for free shipping return and now they are not honoring that. The shoes are very cheaply made with very cheap plastic on the bottom. When I find the offer for the free shipping return I will be copying it sending to the better Business Bill and all federal agencies for this company.

I ordered a mens 12 double wide and got a womans 7 Do you have a monkey that pulls a pair out of a bin and sends it without checking size. No paperwork in the bag no return address and no size written on the shoe. Try getting your money from my credit card company. The sad thing is they look like great shoes

I ordered 2 pair of shoes in an 8 as the measurements preferred. I sent them a photo of what looked like 2 sizes to large to exchange on email because it wouldn't let me exchange them on the site it said. I kept getting returned emails of fixing the problem. At end they were going to send me the same shoe sizes again! I told them to keep them if that's the case. I lost $105. Should have known it was a waste.

Took 2 weeks to get my order. Process for return is sketchy at best. I understand I have to pay for return shipping. No return label sent. Just an address in China. I don’t know how they would even know who to refund the money to. So I’ll just eat the cost of the shoes. They are cheap made and the free insoles are even uncomfortable. I would not recommend ordering from the company.

First of all, when they advertise their shoes online it's a 4 to 8 days for shipment to arrive, after paying first class. That was a lie. They didn't mention that the product came from China. It took over two weeks for the shoes to be delivered. When the shoes arrived they had a strong chemical smell, I haven't tried the sneakers on yet since I threw them in the washer to take out a chemical smell from the shoes itself. Buyers beware this is such a rip off and disappointment.

These shoes are no where correct size

The shoes did not fit well and in order to return for full refund they must be shipped back to China at my expense. I have been offered a 30% refund and $25 coupon for a future purchase which I am not ever going to use. This company claims to be based in the US with a return address on the label of New York but in reality the warehouse is in China.I would like a full refund and would be willing to ship the shoes to New York but have been told they must be returned to China. I will never buy from this company and will never recommend them.

While their shoes look to be good, they did not work for me and their return process is a nightmare! Customer service is highly inadequate. I'm actually feeling like I'm caught up in a scam of some sort! My return has been approved and since they are out of stock in my size and couldn't do an exchange, they told me they would send me a pre paid return label, but have not done so and each time I inquire, all I get is the standard instructions because they don't actually read the previous exchanges. I'm beyond frustrated!! I cannot get any real help!
