I would not buy these shoes. They are not comfortable at all. I ordered up and they were to big. Also when you put the insert in its to high. There is not padding at the bottom of the toes at all and its rough to be the bottom of the feet and bumpy. I waited to long to return them due to their 30 day return. I would not even give them one star. They also were behind in the time of frame of order. They came 10 days late.

Having read the reviews and seeing that shoes run a little small, my wife ordered two pairs of shoes, one size larger than what she normally wears. The order was placed October 5th for $101.92. Thirteen business days later, they arrived. My wife tried them on and found that even though she ordered a size larger, the shoes were too small. The quality looked poorly made, so we opted to return the shoes (at our own cost). Musabela return policy said that it is less expensive to return the shoes (to China) via USPS. We paid $47.40 to return these shoes!! This is 47% of the total purchase! We will NEVER buy shoes from this company ever again and I STRONGLY suggest that you do not either. It cost us $47.40 to find out this lesson. Buyer Beware! FYI: I posted this same 1 Star review on the Musabela website, before I posted here, and they did not post it. -Edited to Response- Dear Musabela Customer Service, The name is not Jacqueline. I understand the three options of returning products. 1) Free Return with Credit, 2) Free Return with Exchange, or 3) Refund money, Ship at your own cost. As I mentioned in the comment above, the quality was not what we had expected. The soles of the shoes are plastic and look very cheaply made. Hence, we opted for the refund. Since the shoes have to go all the way to China, NOT Musabela USA, the cost was almost $50.00!! As I said, this is important information to future customers, who don't want to get ripped off, as I strongly feel that we have been. -2nd Edit after Email Sent to complaints@musabela(dot)com- After reading the response from Musabela, I did as suggested and reached out to the complaints email. After over a week, I have had ZERO reply. As I stated before and will continue to say - BUYER BEWARE!

States free return within 30days, when started return have to ship back to China at customer expense.

The item too small It was not the correct size. I need a way to return this item and I see nowhere to return it. Where could I please hear from someone today thank you.

I would have given a zero review but it wasn’t offered. The shoes I ordered were to small. I contacted your company 3 times to find out how to exchange them. You responded with we will email you. But you didn’t. So now customer service says now it’s too late to return them. Another Chinese company what a rip off!!

Shoes were not as described. Company never responded to my emails or phone calls. Had to file dispute to get my refund

I couldn't give them a 0 rating. I ordered shoes on 9-10 of this year. 6 weeks later I got the wrong size. I contacted them and they said they would send out the rights size and a shipping label to get the wrong ones b ack. 6 weeks later I got the same exact WRONG ones AGAIN. I was told I have to ship them back, that will cost me $71 and I only paid 101.92. I have at least 30 emails with them and they got all the way up to a 75% refund and don't have to ship. I turned them down. I want ALL my money back without paying the return shipping. The correspondence has now started all over and they want me to ship the shoes back. They made the mistake TWICE. Stay away from this company, their shoes are very poorly made. Now they replied to this review and it's the same nonsense all over again, they will not address what I am complaining about. Like I said, stay away from these people they are a rip off.
