EDIT: MUSABELA REPLIED TO MY COMPLAINT SAYING THEY ALWAYS OFFER FREE EXCHANGES BUT IT'S NOT FREE IF YOU HAVE TO PAY $30+ FOR SHIPPING!!! Absolute junk! They sent the wrong size and don't pay for shipping to return them to CHINA! The shipping costs almost as much as the shoes!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!

Refund my money
Refund my money. Service is poor. Ordered and paid for shoes. They are stuck in thier warehouse and nobody at Musabela wants to help or refund my money. Had to purchase safety shoes from a more realiable source.

Returns to China at customer wxpense
I ordered a women’s size 12z. They are considerably smaller than my Brooks size 12. Decided to return and didnmt know I would have to return at my expense to China. Nothing in their return policy says the return site is there. And their website is elusive … no mention of China shipping. Have my doubts that there is any office in USA.

Cheap shoes
Cheap shoes! The bottom /soles are not rubber like most shoes. They are like a hard plastic, something like one would buy at a discount srore. They are a waste of money. They did tell me i could semd them back TO CHINA! They lead me to believe they have a place in USA but thats not true. I say be careful and your buying with a big risk.

These shoes are cheap and very poor…
These shoes are cheap and very poor quality. I was told free returns but that didn't happen. Also I paid $59.99 for my shoes that are very uncomfortable and hurt my feet , these same shoes are sold on Amazon for half that price.

No refund made in China
I ordered three pair of 8.5. I wear an othotic and they didn't fit in the narrow toes. I asked for a refund and they said they were in China and to just ask for 50 percent back which I never received because the shipping back would be more than the shoes! I found someone to wear them but feel this was a rip off company!

I feel that Musabela is misleading the cutomer…
I ordered a pair of shoes and was not satisfied with the product- prior to ordering I read the return policy but what is left out is that returns go to CHINA. I apologize it does state that returns go overseas. I missed that when I read the return policy This means you have to pay for overseas shipping.. this company advertises as Musabela USA. I feel that this is misleading. needless to say I would not order from a company that cannot honestly show where the product is coming from.
