Wrong size, was given an RMA and sent them back. Still waiting on refund

These shoes are cheap and uncomfortable!! I tried to return them but they have not responded. BB

Bought mens shoes. They were poor quality and did not fit well. I received approval for a return from them and followed their instructions exactly. They received the return June 22,2026 and still have not issued a refund. I gave them one star because I couldn' t give them zero stars. Avoid this company!

I bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit. I asked for an exchange and they have not sent me the exchange shoes. Therefore they have the shoes I sent back and my money has not been refunded.I have sent multiple e-mails and have had no response. They are terrible. I really wouldn't give them one star if I didn't have to.

I want to warn everyone about this company. I bought a pair of shoes from them bcz I’m a nurse who need comfortable shoes for work. The shoes was the wrong size, with enclosed insoles that were too long for the shoes. I informed the company who took a long time to respond. I returned the shoes at my own expense & have been going back and forth with them, asking for different ridiculous things for over a month now & still have not gotten my refund even though I’ve provided them with the UPS receipt with barcode of the return‼️ Today I got an email requesting another ridiculous verification but I’m done. It’s time for legal action, if for nothing else, for the principle of it.

I ordered one pair of shoes but they ended up charging me for two and sending me two pairs it took 5 weeks to get them and they are so cheap!!!! You can see the yellow glue around the edges around the shoelaces! They're made out of a flimsy cloth and I don't see any kind of orthopedic in the shoe! So if I could rate it zero Stars I would!!!! So now I have two pair of sucky cheap looking shoes

If I could give a 0 star review on these shoes and customer service I would! I ordered 2 pair of these shoes and they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn and they seem cheaply made! They claim these are good shoes for your feet, my feet hurt worse after wearing them than they did before. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded that they understood and that they would do a free exchange. My message to them clearly stated that I had worn each pair 1 time to try them out. When I emailed what I wanted to exchange these for (since they don’t do refunds). I thought trying a different style would make a difference. They quickly came back with sorry, we don’t exchange shoes that have been worn even if it was for a short time. So they lied in their first email when they clearly stated I could exchange them. Buyer beware!

Waited over a month to get my order, then received the wrong size and the quality of the shoes was deplorable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
