UPDATED REVIEW DO NOT BUY These were cheaply made in China and smelt like chemicals. They take forever to arrive and look/feel like plastic. Have to pay to return but i will be getting all my money back

I would also give this company 0stars if possible. Everything everyone else has written has been my experience as well!! I ordered through a Facebook ad and should have checked w real reviews not all their fake ones. Shoes are so cheap and horrible chemical smell. Costs as much to ship back to China and they lie and say they are a USA company. I’m a single mom and a server and needed these slip resistant shoes for work now I’m out $65 and have to go buy another pair I can actually wear. Scammers!!

I would give you NO STARS IF I COULD GIVE A REVIEW WITHOUT. I NOTICE YOU WRITE THE SAME GENERIC RESPONSE TO EVERYONE AND I ALSO NOTICE YOU'VE SCAMMED MANY. WELL I GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED BECAUSE I PRAYED TO GOD AND MY CREDIT CARD GOT ON YOU!!! I HAD SCREEN SHOTS AND I KNOW HOW TO USE THEM. GOD ANSWERS. YOI STRESSED ME. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO WITH AN UNKNOWN. LESSON LEARNED. LEAVE IT WHERE IT IS AND STOP WITH THE LIES. YOU'RE A PRODUCT OF YOUR UPBRINGING. GOD BLESS YOU ANYWAYS. LEAVE IT. I DON'T WANT TO EVER HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN. I SINCERELY HOPE YOU GET A TOUCH FROM GOD, YOU'RE GOING TO NEED IT. So drop it. Leave it alone. Close the chapter. Move on. You know nobody reaches out. Automated emails don't count. LEAVE IT!

I CANCELED THIS ORDER BY PHONE 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED IT . (SAME SHOE CHEAPER ON AMAZON) I KEPT GETTING SHIPMENT NOTICES THIS WAS GOING TO SHIP ANYWAY, I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS TRYING TO STOP IT. I FINALLY THOUGHT I DID, BUT THEN RECEIVED THE SHOES 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN WHEN I RECIEVED THE RMA, THEY ARE MAKING ME SHIP BACK TO CHIAN AT MY EXPENSE!! THE SHOES HURT MY TOES EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE THE RIGHT SIZE.

Do not waste your time with this company! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, same size, and they were not the same size, one was too small and one was too big. The heel in one pair was lopsided. They will not refund my money for their mistakes. I have sent photos and after 18 emails, they still say I have to pay to ship them back to China, they can only offer 20% refund and discount for their store. I will never buy from them again and I will keep pursuing until I get my money back. And yes, it took over 3 weeks to even receive the shoes - again coming from China! Horrible company, horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers at all. Cheap, crap manufacturing products.

You are very unprofessional and you can keep your $25 coupon as I have no interest in ever ordering from you. I will stick to the big companies who value their customers in a more professional manner If your shoes that I ordered online are not the right shoes for me after receiving them, why would you force me to keep them as I am not going to wear them If the shoes are uncomfortable for me why refuse to refund me. You are forcing me to keep them!!! I was actually referred to your company and didn’t realize I was dealing with an unprofessional company. I will alert other customers to be aware of your customer service, to purchase and know that if they are the wrong shoes for you “no refund” they offer a miserable $25 coupon to a dissatisfied customer.

since the order was placed in Oct 2024. I have sent several more emails to try and get info on the status. No luck. No refunds. Today (4/5/25), I received the shoes in the mail in the original package that I sent. It had a sticker on it saying "unclaimed"! So basicly, this scam company cost me $90 + and I have nothing!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

If you aren’t satisfied with the shoes you will only maybe get half your money back after you pay shipping!!!! Shoes are cheap made buyer beware!!!
