BEWARE company is a SCAM
This company is the biggest SCAM I have ever came across, DO NOT order anything from this company, their product is garbage, sneakers are made in China and shipped from China, yet Musabela claim to be an American company, they have the same generic response on emails sent to customers, you have to pay shipping to China if you want a refund, shipping costs are more than the cheap shoes.

I called this company to return the garbage pair of sneakers requesting a return label i have yet to receive it my charge was reversed by my bank and now they recharged my card . The shoes stink

Do not purchase from Musabela!! May not be a US company!
I ordered shoes and socks. When I received the package, the driver brought it to my door with items falling out of both ends of the package. It was open on both ends and had been taped like a present. The packaging inside had what appears to be Chinese writing. On the website, it says they are based in Irvine, CA, but the address on the package came from ORD, 2475 W. Touhy Ave, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. I have emailed them at their support email list on the website and even tried calling the number listed on the website, (1-334-345-2394), but it keeps hanging up on me. The shoes and socks have a very strong chemical odor. The shoes look like plastic. I wish I had known about this site. I have provided them my reason for return, requested a full refund in US dollars, and now feel like I am being given the run-around. I placed my order on 4/19/25 and received my order on 5/2/2025.

A whole month no shoes
Ordered shoes after about 15 days I decided to contact them to see when I would receive my order because the shipping would not update. They reassured me. My shoes would be in in about three days so I waited another five days still no shoes decided to contact again and was told that the shoes actually never shipped and they didn’t understand why but they would get them out. Waited about another 5 to 7 days for them to tell me that they were out of stock now of the ones I’ve ordered after a month. I asked for a refund. It is now been two weeks and I still have not received one. I have emailed multiple times and the number will not go through. It rings once and then hangs up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THOS COMPANY

I too would give a 0 star review. These are the CHEAPEST shoes I’ve ever seen. None of their advertising is correct- none. Do not waste your money.

Don't trust them. From shipping, to comfort, to returns... all fails.
Don't trust the website in any form. 1. Standard shipping of 7-10 days actually means 30 days. You won't get your shoes for a month. 2. The shoes are wildly uncomfortable. The orthopedic slide in is a really thick (and hard) heal, and the frame of the shoe is already short so it almost feels like your heals are going to come out of the back of the shoes. If you don't tie them tight, they do. It also adds about 2" of height. 3. You have to pay for the returns. So after waiting for the shoes for a month, them being nothing like what the website said they would be, you have to pay to return them. Overall, do not trust them. Spend a bit more and buy from a company that has a good reputation.

Ordered first class shipping 3-7 days…
Ordered first class shipping 3-7 days as offered on website. Everything is made in China shipped from China, no possible way to arrive in 3-7 days, it took 15 days. Event passed. They won't acknowledge my first class shipping for which I requested a refund as the order took 15 days. You have to pay to ship back to China if you don't want the shoes. Don't believe trust pilot for positive reviews, the bad ones are weeded out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, buyer beware.
