I received my 1st order of Musabela shoes 2 weeks ago and they sent a pair of shoes that was two sizes too big. They have no phone number to call and they keep on giving me a runaround. This is extremely distasteful. I highly recommend that no one orders from this company. What a joke and they have taken my money. very dissatisfied. I would like to give it 0 stars!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! A total SCAM!! Cheap sneakers. Can not get ANYONE TO REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS!! I am having my debit card CANCELLED so they won't get ANOTHER PENNY from me!!! Keep buying in.... AMERICA! Worst EVER!!!!!

My complaint follows the line of many reviews I just read. Ordered shoes, didn't fit, so they were returned. Still no refund or $111.92 but lots of automated emails repeating the same information. The phone number listed as a contact number is out of service. Wish I had done more research on the company prior to my order. Very upset a company abuses their customers in the manner.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MUSABELA. My experience echoes the other reviews. I received shoes which had many problems with quality and sizing. I returned two pairs of shoes at my cost. Musabela did not refund my money ($127) The response you will get from Musabela is a standard letter but it is a worthless response. Has anyone filed a criminal complaint about this company?

I've never received my Orthopeditric shoes. No response from them I paid with my Visa and went through But not received any info where or what is happening so I want my payment back through my bank.

Do NOT order this brand! Huge scam. Shoes still have not arrived. They need to change their website to Chinese . These products should not be shipped to the US and their website is extremely misleading. If we ever receive the shoes I’ll let you know. So far over a month with NO delivery!!!

I was totally disrespected and desperately poor communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away from this scam!!

Multiple issues... I would stay away! Extremely poor customer service and return assistance. 1- Shoes were not wide/roomy as described 2- I contacted them via email (no phone # exists to call!) the day i got them to set up a return. They sent back an email stating they would get back to me within 24 hours. It took a week. 3- When they got back to me, they sent a sketchy return address and no return postage sticker and no mention of a refund. 4- So rather than paying the postage to return it and likely getting no refund back from them, I am donating the shoes. STAY AWAY!!
