Murphy Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of murphylift.com

Extremely helpful and cost effective. Tom and his group expedited my request and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will be using them going forward.

Product was delivered on time and exactly as described. My only complaint was the condition. Both of my chain binders paint was flaking off in several large areas, making me wonder if these were returns. They function perfectly, and will eventually get banged up bouncing in my tool bin, but would of liked to start with a fresh new product, considering what I paid. Would I recommend? Yes. Do they work? Absolutely. Look good? Not so much.

Very nice and accommodating!

Superb costumer service, fast shipping and on time, it was a pleasure to purchase the lock and Safty chains, Thank you Murphy Industrial Product, Eitan Feiner

Solid company. I ordered three sets of security chains and locks to lock up some electric bikes. They initially sent the wrong chain but they caught it themselves before it arrived to my home. The chain that I ordered would not be in for quite some time so they replaced it with a more expensive chain at no cost to me. They even mailed out the new chain before I returned the old stuff so I could use the other chain until I get the good stuff. Would definitely recommend.

Great service even while almost being flooded out!!!!

Great prices and fast delivery! Always happy with the products and service.

Excellent Customer Service. They had what I needed and got it to me when I needed it at an extremely reasonable price.
