Murphy Industrial Products, Inc.Reviews of murphylift.com

The chain appears to be of great quality and the time from order until delivery was acceptable, but not fast. I will definitely consider shopping at Murphy's in the future.

Very nice single leg chain with excellent customer service. Thank You MURPHY INDUSTRIAL.

After my order was placed, I received a courtesy phone call from the owner to discuss my particular needs, and regarding his current inventory. I received my order timely; it was a great value. I'm happy.

I've had two experiences with MIP so far and they've both been great. With my most recent order, I really only needed one very inexpensive item. Of course MIP offers free shipping on every item regardless of price, which is basically unheard of! Shipping cost always plays an important role in the online purchases I make. This time, I actually felt guilty about placing such a small order with free shipping, so I looked around and found a few other items to add to make it a bit more substantial. Not only is the shipping free, which is great by itself, but at least in my case, it was super fast too! I received my order much quicker than I was expecting, which is never a bad thing. Thanks Murphy!

I need a security chain kit on short notice, and they quickly manufactured the length I needed and ship it in time for trip. I gave the information to my bike shop, so they can help other customers in need of the same.

Fast shipping. Super easy to order.

Great to work with! We mistakenly ordered the wrong piece. They were very understanding and quick to help us correct our mistake. Definitely will use again!

I do not buy a lot of lifting products but when I do, Murphy is there and ready with my custom solution in 2 hours. I was quoted 2 days! They came through again.....
