Excellent customer service. They originally sent the wrong sling, but sent the correct one the same day the incorrect one arrived, and I got it two days later. There was a pre-paid return label enclosed with the new sling so I could return the first one. If there is a problem, they jump on it right away and correct it. Great price on the item I ordered. Will order from them again. Highly recommend to all!
