I trusted Mundo trip. They are the best. The timing and the selected attraction are really organize. Meison, Victor and Thomas are very helpful. Meison is always following up our schedule and reminded and arranged our rides and even help us check in and keep on touch until we came back. I am very satisfied with their service besides their reasonable price. The cruise dinner and the Hotels where they book us are also excellent. I would recommend them to all who are willing to experience to travel to other countries. I, myself will book again on next trip. Their service,price and selected attractions are excellent.

I’d strongly suggest avoiding them. Their Thailand ad caught my attention with prices starting at $2,699, but when we asked why the price suddenly jumped to $5000 something, they basically hid behind the “starting at” disclaimer. The problem is, nowhere in the ad did they clearly mention that the $2,699 fare was based on departures from New York. They mislead the advertisement messaging with words "Return Flights from the US", which means anywhere within the US territory!! In my opinion, that is extremely misleading advertising. And their marketing head: if you're reading this, please understand that there are real people on the other side of these advertisements. You shouldn't advertise a price that most customers cannot realistically get. You're deceiving people with false advertising or products, you can't deliver. Had we not a retired couple, we would have definitely looked into a legal action against your deceptive advertising practices! They came across as self-centered, and extremely difficult to deal with. At first, the representative was polite and courteous. But once we started asking questions, trying to clear up a few things, and comparing their prices with other competitors, their attitude completely changed. The whole conversation turned into a mess, and we eventually decided not to move forward. And it’s not just their customer service. Their hotel options were pretty disappointing too—limited choices, overpriced rates, and nothing particularly impressive. They also promote offers like “Book for just $199*,” which sounds great until you actually try to book. Then they ask for $499* and call it a “per-person deposit.” Nowhere was it clearly explained that the amount was per person. I personally would not recommend them. I’d also be very cautious about relying on reviews posted across different platforms, as some of them don’t appear very convincing or authentic. Bottom line: If you're considering booking with this company, do your homework first. Don't let an attractive advertised price make the decision for you. Ask questions, compare the final price with other agencies, and make sure you understand exactly what you're paying for before giving them your money.
