Great trip/good customer service
This was an Italian trip of a lifetime. We went to Rome, Montepulciano, Pompeii, the amalfi coast and Venice. We had a slight miscommunication about our transport from the airport to our hotel in Rome and Mundo was quick to make it right. I have to say the hotels and tours we had were wonderful. Customer service and our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to please everywhere. Rome is unfortunately very crowded and there are wait lines to most of the monuments. But wandering the streets of Rome and Venice made me feel so at home. Meison told us about pick pockets in Rome so we were careful and no one in my group had a problem. It was a fun vacation just be prepared to walk a lot and you’ll love it. I would recommend the hotels and tours that Meison suggested to anyone. Especially the Amalfi coast. So beautiful. Thomas at Mundo assisted at the end. He’s a very nice man. Enjoy your vacation in Italy, it’s so worth it!
