They obviously don't know what the hell they are doing. EVERY. TIME. they said they "fixed" my starbound server, it errored more than it fixed it. they don't even fix it at ALL, just more errors. if i had no other host, i would've already quit with these people. Also, you have to ASK them to add plugins, and a majority i added didn't even make it. i really don't like this service. they DO NOT look at logs, or even FIX the server correctly. 0 stars.

Hello Cosmos The Protogen, Firstly, cool name, secondly I am sorry to see you did not enjoy the experience you had with us. We offer FTP for Starbound so you are able to add and remove server files and mods at your own delight. Server keeps crashing "There response - I have just investigated this issue and it would appear that your server is up and running correctly, and you have 1 player online. Can you confirm that you can access the server?" All they have done is looked on the server info seen me playing and did nothing.....LOOK AT THE LOGS ALL THE INFO IS THERE....wow

just plain awful. mod support is terrible, and support just gives vague answers.

Hello Aaron, I've reviewed your tickets on our system. There is some good news and that is the ARK mod problem you were experiencing has now been resolved. We found a number of issues with the way ARK manages it's mod update system, which I personally fixed yesterday. On attempting to leave server again slow to actually not happening. bought a new server with Host Havoc to be fair they had same issues. fixed in five minutes. Sorry I am refering to 7 days to die. My honest opinion, Muliplay has no Idea of how to run a 7 day to die server so set at a low price while they practice on. As an odd concept thought having a 24 hour same service rep. One may believe its a bull crap mumbai service lie once lie twice your a fool. Had a further update I have been with service to long for a refund. Or I was serviced long enough for them to take money. Buyer beware bunch of thieves
