They are extremely nice and do their job when required. They aren't in your business. They are quick to fix problems and don't blame you at all.

I purchased a server for a game that is still in Beta so already was feeling something would not go right. Due to the file structure, the game needed a FTP to correctly load anything into it (Minecraft requires such actions as well, and gives a server admin good control over the server as well). Sadly enough the FTP app wasn't working right, so I contacted the company. First response was within a few hours! I received a few ways to attempt a resolution to the problem, but seeing how it involved a 3rd party program, my support tech just asked me to link him the files. In just under an hour my 2 mods were correctly installed from the links I gave that came off the games forums. Didn't wait long, and received no run-around style support. Just straight out "Try this, no, k... plan B" and was happily playing with friends all over on our new server.
