I'm really happy with Multiplay! Every time I've sent a question/mail to them I've always got a fast reply and useful help. I've used Multiplay for a while now and I would never change to another company, I'm really happy with their service. They are very friendly, helpful and they know what they are doing. No need to ever change then! :)

I started a server with this company a few months ago and I could not be happier! The quality and pricing of their servers are the best I have found! Lets not forget their excellent customer service who is always happy to help and very fast with their replies if you have any issues!

We have two servers there, both running without failures since set up. Questions regarding an interface topic and with BEC were answered very fast. Thumbs up

Would recommend to enyone who is using a game servers or comms. Services are running great for me, system for upgrading or downgrading is all automated and quickly responsive and they have a good support team wich was allways capable to handle all my problems about services with them. I had an issue with my game server, submitted a ticket and within 25 minutes I had a reply and fox for it! Excellent service! Would defiantly recommend!

Easily best customer support I've encountered in years, professional, extremely fast, and with a good grain of humor. The server was up in no time, easy to manage with full admin access. Was also assisted by Michael 'Slawter' Assis, awesome guy. 10/10 would rent again, customer for life.
