While reporting a DayZ server for breaking the rules of owning a server I didn't expect to have it answered and resolved within the hour, I expect that kinda stuff to take over a week (I'm looking at you Blizzard support) Mike 'Tomcat' Emans was the bro who literally answered and resolved it instantly, promote this man.

I've had a Server with Multiplay for around four months now. Aside from the occasional server crashes, the service has been excellent. Responses to queries were fast and friendly. I even had a Server location change within minutes of confirmation. All in all great service.

After a few minor mistakes and not beening able to play Altis 1.0b wasteland on our Arma 3 server the support really made an effort to resolve this problem. I uploaded the files needed and they implemented them on the server and after a few setbacks they made it work. Just like i wanted the server to work. Even helped me edit the config file to my liking. I have tried a few other providers but never seen that good support. If i could i would give them 6 stars.

I am using Multiplay Team Speak Server for about 3 months now, everything is running smoothly, if you need help just submit a support ticket, the staff is very friendly and will respond in a matter of minutes Never had any problems apart from some lag which is due to DDoS attacks which are aimed at Multiplay Servers, however every hosting company gets them Would definitely recommend!

I am hosting a RUST server through them & I have absolutely no complaints. They readily answer my tickets with haste, every time. They do their utmost to ensure you are getting your moneys worth & the prices are very competitive. Great company, even better service. Keep up the good work multiplay.

I recently rented a DayZ Standalone Private Hive server from Multiplay and the purchase process was seamless. Not having any experience of administering a server I needed some advice and guidance regarding setup and various functions and the Multplay support team responded to my support requests promptly and clearly. No doubt there will be other queries moving forward but I am totally reassured that I will get the help I need to manage the server effectively for our gaming community. Good job guys. We had a battlefield 4 server with lag issues and the response time was quick. I recommend the service.

I can't recommend these folks enough if you are intending to rent a game server. I'm on my 2nd BF4 server with them (changed clans) and previously rented a BF2 server. I'd particularly like to praise their support service which a lot of other companies could do with taking a look at and taking a leaf from as well. The other 2 servers I rented never had an issue but I did have a couple of minor issues with the one I'm currently renting. Why the 5 Stars you might ask? Well I being a service Engineer I know things break no matter how hard a company tries. The first issue was that I ordered the server but they were out of capacity. Not a problem, they said they would add new hardware and an hour later the server was up. Outstanding. 2nd was that the first day we used it we were getting a packet loss symbol in game and everyone had major lag as the server filled. I raised a support ticket at about 10PM, got a response within 5 mins to discuss and was asked to let them know when the server was empty. At about 11pm I let them know we'd left and the following morning I wake up to an Email to say they had found the issue and solved it. They had indeed and now the server runs fine. Less than 12 hours and bearing in mind overnight. That's why I gave 5 Stars.
