I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences using Multiplay as a server hosting company. Top-notch customer service, quick and easy set-up, little-to-no downtime, and a very intuitive and user-friendly user-interface through Clanforge. I've used Multiplay for Ventrillo, Teamspeak, Minecraft, and Rust servers. All exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and customer service.

Their CS support has been very helpful 24/7. Resolved my problem with a very casual but professional manner throughout. Offered solutions in a timely manner. I was well taken care off.

They have a great support staff at Multiplay support ticket service. I have filed three tickets (one addon issue and two complicated questions) and I received responses on each one within a VERY short period of time. Each response was very professional and resolved my issue without any further complication. In today's world of customer non-service, the staff at Multiplay exceed expectations each time I interact with them.

Thanks GOD that i choose multiplay among many server provider, multiplay support and service is always best on my opinion, but yes as its a service over air (online) so issue can happen it doesn't mean that your server provider is bad, i had issue as well but they fixed it in no time and also they are very active with customer support (tickets), till now i have no complain with multiplay, all good and perfect, i would like to continue with this service as long as my gaming hobby exist.
