I work with multiply more than a year. Servers always work steadily. Any problems are solved quickly. Technical support answers and resolves issues very quickly.

All can i say is that this guys are the best that you can find out there. The servers are awesome, cheap and if there is no place where you want to host your server they are adding a new machine only for you in a very short time. The support is awesome, professional, very fast in answering and every problem or question i had has been resolved in a very fast way! Plus this guys answering at the tickets are so friendly and it's nice to spend time with them. I've tryed other server companies but they are so far from the quality of this services and the competence of this company! And the Clanforge panel is so easy to use and it's a powerfull instrument! Try this guys out, you'll never want to go back!

Multiplay would definitely be one of the best customer support services found on the internet. They respond very quickly, and they resolve almost any problems. The Multiplay servers are very stable as well. I completely recommend this service.

Very quick and decent support. Every support ticket I have submitted has gotten a reply from the support team in a few hours even in the weekends. The reply's where friendly even when one question was something I should have known. All in all I am completely satisfied with the multiplay support team.

The Support people are great, they will work with you untill your problem is fixed. i have had a lot server from them and ive loved them all. i would send anyone to you thats looking to host some games

Have used This Server host in the past and loved the service and the easy to use layout! Came back recently and had a rocky start with service. I escalated the issue and received fast and excellent service they even comped me 5 days of service dude to down times. If you want an affordable good easy to use host i say don't waist you time and get one form them!

Seriously wonderful service. Incredibly fair price especially for the support you receive. I had a minor addon issue (mind you they list the average ticket response time as between 4-12 hours) sent out a ticket, got a confirmation and no more than 5 minutes later I was on my way to resolution! If you've been wronged by hosters before (like I have) fret not with Multiplay, they are the beezneez! Oh and P.S. the clanforge system is BEAUTIFUL, so damn easy to use. Oh you need to fix a line of code, oh it RIGHT HERE FOR YOU! BLAM! Sorry got carried away with awesome these people are!
