I've been renting a Rust Experimental server from Multiplay for the past 8 months. As Rust is an Alpha game with weekly updates there can been many issue with the game after a patch. Multiplay is always there to help if the patch creates issues and responds pretty quickly to my support tickets. I've been running Game Servers for my clan since 2007 and have had many different providers over the years. I rate Multiplay as one of the best.

I purchased a killing floor 2 server from them on release day and its been nothing but the best. They helped me upload my own custom maps along with their expanding library of custom maps. Their customer support is very quick, polite and spot on. I will definitely go to them for anymore server needs I have in the future

Rented a server for Battlefield Heroes about 2 years ago. Whenever there was a need to contact them, i always had a quick response. I know this sounds a bit overstated, but it was almost a pleasure to have an issue. Cause i always knew they do their best to fix that issue. Technical issues sometimes need their time, but they always kept me updating on what they are working. Résumé: - Competent knowledge of the assistants - Always kind - Quick response - They care about their customers... which is not taken for granted nowadays Sounds to good to be true? Test it! Due Battlefield Heroes is shutting down i have to look for another game. But whenever i want to rent a server again, i will go back to Multiplay. Thank you guys for your awesome cooperation during the last 2 years!
