I have been using these guys for years now for a Mumble Server for my WoW Guild. We raid 20 man 3 times a week, so having reliable comms is crucial for us. We rarely have any problems at all - but on the odd occasion we do, the customer service is first class. No 'out of hours', so if we do have an issue during the evening, we can contact someone no problem. The response time is excellent and the guys are knowledgeable and resolve issues REALLY fast. Minimum disruption, maximum service - would buy again. 10/10 cookies!

I've used this company on and off for the past few years. They are my go to for any game I might want to host a server for. From memory, I can not remember one time where they took longer then a few minutes to respond to an issue I've had. It leaves me in awe every time. Not only do they respond extremely fast but also resolve the issue as well. No exaggeration, I just had a small issue starting a new server (12:30 am us eastern time) and I got a response within 15 seconds of opening a ticket. Not only was it a response but they fixed the issue without me even having to reply. If I could give more stars I would.

This website is very quick with responses to tickets. They are also very helpful with solving issues that are present! They know their information and are always willing to learn more for the benefit of future issues.

I must say they where great solved my problem in a minute. Excellent host.

Great service, cheap and affordable servers and the staff and great, I had trouble with the configuration of my sever and the friendly staff sorted everything out more then once I recomend them to everyone wanting to rent their own server

MultiPlay has always been great and affordable. As of late I'd even swear they have stepped up their game even more! Faster respeonse for help. Quicker updates when Rust hits. Easy interface. Easy modifications. You want a good gaming host provider? You found it! Jason
