Multiplay GameserversReviews of multiplaygameservers.com

Yesterday we had a day long even trying to get our server to work with Terraria and Tshock. Their service was back to me withing minutes! After going over everything we could with the setup we finally found the source. customer service: 5/5 Game selection: 5/5 Server lag: almost never!

We are setting up a Terraria Gameserver and use all kind of different mods and inevitable we run across issues. Their support always tries their best and never loses their patience and in the end every matter could be resolved. The server itself is reliable and stable. Their version updates (both Terraria and TShock) are in time and you can always upload custom plugins at any time. I usually never rate 5 stars unless it's -perfect- and this is not -perfect-, but you can always ask the support to help you make it -perfect-. 4.9/5

Wanted to move server location and it was all sorted without 24 hours. Fast and friendly.

After having issues with out TeamSpeak server, speaking to the support we decided the best solution was to move the server to another location. this was done quickly and effectively. no complaints here and it was nice speaking to people who understand just how important these little things, such as teamspeak are to a group of gamers!! Have been a multiplay customer since i31 (2007) and have received fantastic customer service, support and a great deal of friendliness from their staff over all these years. Multiplay seems to be made up of impassioned individuals who's own interests align with their customers, and they are committed to helping you - whether you're a gaming fnatic* (*excuse the pun) or just starting to dip your toes into the broad gaming genre, they're there to support you at all levels. I really do get the feeling that they don't treat customers as just numbers and profit flow, they treat them as friends that they just haven't met yet. I've seen the multiplay staff go above and beyond many times for the friends they are yet to meet, working for passion to deliver the best service possible - it is this honest-approach that has gained them such a loyal customer base, for a long time. As a customer, I look forward to being with multiplay for our 10 year anniversary in 2 years - and as a person, I look forward to being a part of the community for my lifetime. Many thanks for everything folks.

Everyone experiences issues at some point, it's the nature of technology. End users are used to it and often expect it, it's the way that the issue is dealt with that makes the difference. I dealt with Mike from Multiplay who was an absolute legend, responded extremely quickly to my issue and resolved it faster than my expectations. As I say, it's never good to have an issue but having had it dealt with and resolved so promptly leaves me more positive about my service than if I'd never had the issue! Great work Mike & MP, keep up the good work!

I have hosted with many companies in the past and have hosted rust with 3 other companies in the past. Multiplay the best host we have ever had so far.
