Nach einigen, kleineren Startschwierigkeiten (Ich nutze den Server für ein Early Access Game) lief der Server stabil und nahezu laggfrei. Wenn ich ein Problem hatte, kam die Antwort vom Support jedes Mal innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten. Preis/Leistung (meiner Meinung nach) Top.

I had issues with my server when I first got it, but once I emailed support they were very quick to respond and helped me out quickly and efficiently. They were kind, considerate, and seem like really good people who care about their customers.

I have tried multiple game server hosting providers last 6-7 years, this was before i found this website! This website got tons of games they support and provide game servers for at a cheap price! Uptime on servers are very very close to 100%, some of the best uptime i have experienced from a hosting company! Customer support is excellent, website says they will respond within 12 hours. I had to make a few support tickets over the last year to ask them a few questions, and response time? Always within 30 minutes! I Will rate this Company 5 stars on services and support! Fantastic Company with amazing support!

Could not figure out why the gameserver was not working so after I opened a ticket they right away started working on the issue and to make the downtime as little as possible they moved the server to another machine so it was up and running. Always have good experience with them.. while they might not be the cheapest out there... they are for me the best. From now on I prefer all my game servers to be under multiplay!

I've used Multiplay Game Servers for quite a while, going on two years actually, originally for a Minecraft server and now for Rust. They've yet to disappoint me in regards to customer service. Support responds to the tickets pretty quickly even though the max response time says 12 hours. They're always really nice to deal with and explain even when I had some of the dumbest questions. Their servers are stable, the news stream always tells you if and when there will be maintenance and updates so you know when your server will be down. the Clanforge dash is easy to navigate once you get used to it, and mod installation is a breeze (which is my major point since I like to tweak things). All in all I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable host with great customer service.
