I am new to this host but had to open a ticket because servers had errors in booting. Support reached out pretty fast and fix in no time. I am hoping this stays consistent when opening tickets in the future.

Server is spot on 99% of the time and with the first issue ive had they replied to my ticket within 5 minutes, Best customer support ive seen in a long time

Super east to set up and when I had an issue with one of my Terraria servers customer service was quick even with the time zone difference and super helpful. Only reason I cancelled is because my friends quit the game.
