Had an issue where my game wouldn't connect to my server. Finding out it was a port issue. They quickly resolved it and everything else has been fine.

After 3 months of using the services of Multiplay, I can tell that im really satisfied with everything I got. The server was running perfectly, the support was fast and always there when needed. I give you guys 5 stars.

Only had a server with you guys for 3 days now, few ups and downs factorio servers are a little annoying to deal with and the interface is a little weird but with an hour and a few questions to support staff this was all cleared up, the Support staff are amazing an so respectful even towards and idiot who would only break his server. The only problem that has made me even a little annoyed is the server I am paying for is out of action due to some ddos stuff, but because of the rest of the service 13 hours without the server is nothing. Thanks guys great support.

Hello Andrew, First off, I'm really sorry about the down time, DDoS' really are a pain. Sadly a few people out there just want to watch the world burn, and so they try to take away everyone else's fun. I am really happy though that our support team has been so good. Suport is onpoint fast turn around. I worked with Ryan "Zyphen" Assis most of the day getting my server transfered to a different game, instaled, updater, then added a new map. He was on point, extremely helpful, and fast. 10/10 would recommend
