The only reason I would give this a 3 star rating is the server performance is lacking a little. The game shouldnt lag while trying to load buildings in. Also I get booted from my server regularly and I can't figure out why.

Hello Alfred, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your server, have you tried contacting our support regarding this?
Erik
Server works well, small issue with map generation(server wont regenerate a new random map). When contacted their customer service rep gave a response that made it seem as if they didn't read the question. Finally got an answer after a nasty response.

The Server works great consistently, the control panel and settings are not very user friendly for the game I am playing (fS17)

I've get the server for 1 month and you'd say that the renewal was not automatic, so I've pay for another month without receiving any emails about the renewal, and now I've one month of one of your servers without the need of it...at least the server in game runs well, Thx you by Valentini Marco
Response from Multiplay GameserversOct 7, 2017
Hello Marco, Thank you for your feedback. If you set up your payment methods through Paypal and set it up as automated, then it will be automated payments every month. You shouldn't need to pay manually unless you receive an email that states it. Zak

Server files are not up to date (Ark). Supports are bad, speaking it politely. Server was down for 2 days - but no added time to extend my lost time. I would have given 2 stars, but I am being honest, because it was cheaper than other server hosts.

Hey Unknown, We are sad to hear this was the your experience with us however we have taken the feedback on board. We currently are working on new alerting systems that will alert to our support team when ever the dedicated server branch is updated. Mods have gotten a overhaul the past few months to auto update as well so that removes the need for anyone having to manually process this as well. We hope to move forward from this as a way to improve on the service. J20

Ok so it was a good server and it was set up and fast but... You could not add your own plugins without them being viewed and they only had a set amount of plugins

Hello Wayde, Thank you for your feedback. We're able to upload the majority of mods if it is not available in our current listings. If you contact our Support Team through the ticket system, they'll be able to help you further with this. Zak

Initial set up and mod installation customer service is good. The main problem is frequent DDOS attack and the moderator were unable to do anything to help it.
Response from Multiplay GameserversJul 30, 2017
Hello Lim, I'm really sorry about the DDoS attacks. Sadly some people get a kick out of causing disruption for others. I hope that one day we'll have adequate DDoS protection in all locations so that we can stop this from happening. Mike Assis Technical Operations Lead
