Mr Liam O.
I just bought a server and unfortunately it had a technical problem that made it unusable. I submitted my ticket on a weekend and expected nothing until monday, within a short space of time I had a response, and within 3 hours had a happy server. Things do go wrong from time to time, and its nice to know it doesn't take long to get resolved. Ta Magnus, your help was appreciated!

Hey Liam ! Thanks for you feedback. Yes things do go wrong from time to time, especially when computers are involved right ? But we understand that having a server that works all time is important but to also have the support that we need to fix something quickly too ! I hope you continue enjoying your server. Magnus

Whilst we had an issue with the server not running an official addon for a game, the support staff (Magnus and Zyphen specifically) have been extremely communicative, fast and polite. Magnus' efforts have made this irritating ordeal immeasurably smoother and calmer.
