We run the top ranked American server for DayZ (#2 Globally on Gametracker). We rent three servers with MPGS. We had a rocky start with the company and we very unsatisfied at times. But in the last few months it seems they are making a lot of positive changes and I must say I'm becoming more pleased by the day. They still have a lot of work to do especially with their ACP (Admin Control Panel), but overall I'm pleased at the moment with their service. In the early days I would never recommend MPGS, but as of right now I would definitely recommend their services.

The suppport can sometimes be more helpfull and sometimes the server break but aside of that their services are good, and they do help you out if you need them, considering the fact that their support can reply faster and be more helpfull their service is great, ( this does not mean their support is bad but it can be better ) 4/5 stars

I've attempted to run multiple game servers with them and unfortunately I couldn't get what I wanted out of the games(Both early access/alpha) . Support worked with me quickly to determine what it was I was trying to do and how we might accomplish it. Very friendly and both times got refunded with no troubles. Will definitely try them again in the future.

2/3 of my tickets were answered and resolved within an hour. The 3rd ticket was answered withing the stated 12-hour period. All problems were addressed and the service was very professional. There were/are some issues with the server(s) itself but this could also be attributed to the game being hosted which is still in Alpha. (DayZ)
