The support tickets claim to resolve your issue within 6 hours, usually within 2 hours. My issue with my server was resolved in less than an hour and I was told exactly what the issue was and what they did to fix it.

I absolutely love the server that my friends and i are using. It has been running smoothly since day one. I was completely new to the entire process, but Multiplay made it easy and straightforward to get started. I even had a great experience when my server stopped (i forgot to make a payment) and i asked for help with a support ticket. They got back with me in surprising fast time. I emailed at night and was up and running 100% before noon the next day. I would recommend Multiplay to anybody who is even thinking about renting a server without any hesitation at all.

Great Company - Over the years I have hosted multiple servers with MultiPlay, none have ever had an issue that their support can't fix. Their support are great people, they go to great lengths to ensure I either understand why my request can't be carried out on a technical level, or the problem is solved within 2 hours.
