Great customer support and service
When I first got my server, there were a few issues to do with the connection. The server that it was hosted on was constantly getting DDoSed. I think at one point, it took almost a full day to recover. However, this was around 2 years ago. Since then, the issues has been fixed. The issue happened again shortly after, and they changed the location of my server which was really good. The server has almost 100% uptime now, the customer support is always very fast and committed and the admin panel is very easy to control. If not for the initial DDoS attacks, I'd give a 5 star review. However, the issues haven't happened in over a year and half.
