Fredrick is cool. But the medication came in pre filled syringes which I didn't feel comfortable with at all. Stoped with this company the same month of getting them. My stomach was still making noise and nothing changed.

Frederick was very helpful in explaining my program and sent me 'you tube' videos to learn more on how to capitalize on my weight loss journey with exercise and food control. He has encouraged me to take those extra steps to better adapt to my weight loss progress. Today is my birthday, thank you Frederick, very much appreciated. Tom Cestarte

Iwould give this company zero stars if I could. Their customer service and case management are terrible and almost completely nonresponsive. I have spent months dealing with problems getting refills and trying to get someone to return my calls. The only live people I can usually reach are after-hours representatives, who can only leave a note and promise a callback. No one ever calls back. Last month, I canceled my account—or so I thought. On 10/7, my case manager texted me saying my card would be charged $597 on 10/8 for a physician service fee. I immediately called customer service four times and was never connected to a live representative. I responded directly that I did NOT authorize the $597 charge, did not agree to automatic shipments, and no longer wanted to do business with this company. About an hour later, I received a text saying my shipment was already on the way and that my card had actually been charged on 10/6. Completely unacceptable communication and customer service. After months of frustration, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I’m very happy with MultiMedRx Customer Service especially my care coordinator Freddie. He is the reason I signed up early in July 2026. He answered my questions about the product I was interested in, explained the process very thoroughly. Freddie continues to be a great support as I travel on this weight loss journey. I’m down 18 pounds!!

I am writing to leave a quick review regarding my experience as a customer with Multimedrx Although I canceled my subscription after one month because the tirzepatide formulation didn't suit my personal preference as well as others I have tried, I want to emphasize that this was no fault of this company. I'm leaving this review because even though my one and only order was back in July of this year, this week I came up with a couple of questions I wanted to ask regarding the compounding Etc of my medication. My questions have been answered promptly and politely which I really appreciated. I do want to emphasize that my customer service was decent when I was using this company and my prescription was delivered in a very timely manner. They kind of slipped through the cracks on me because of the drama with Trinity and Leanmeds the last couple of months but I feel that this company could definitely be the right fit for a lot of others even though it wasn't the right fit for me, and I wanted to make sure I left a review of my experience with them that's hopefully helpful to others.

They are easy to talk to, and get the orders out right away. The product really works. I'd recommend it to anyone, including my daughter.
