Unresponsive Customer Service and Unauthorized Charge
Iwould give this company zero stars if I could.
Their customer service and case management are terrible and almost completely nonresponsive. I have spent months dealing with problems getting refills and trying to get someone to return my calls. The only live people I can usually reach are after-hours representatives, who can only leave a note and promise a callback. No one ever calls back.
Last month, I canceled my account—or so I thought. On 10/7, my case manager texted me saying my card would be charged $597 on 10/8 for a physician service fee. I immediately called customer service four times and was never connected to a live representative.
I responded directly that I did NOT authorize the $597 charge, did not agree to automatic shipments, and no longer wanted to do business with this company.
About an hour later, I received a text saying my shipment was already on the way and that my card had actually been charged on 10/6.
Completely unacceptable communication and customer service. After months of frustration, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

MMRX took 299.00 out of my account on…
MMRX took 299.00 out of my account on 8/27 after I had canceled my services with them on 7/29. I have been emailing and calling them since 8/27, with no resolution yet. I spoke to a customer service rep last friday, 9/4, and was promised a refund would be happening soon. Soon? That is very unprofessional. They were super quick to take my money but are not refunding it back quickly at all. Sad part is, i enjoyed the services i had with MMRX, it just got to be too expensive. Hence, that is why I canceled in JULY!!!!

Unexpected $299 Charge and Unusable Medication
My experience with Multi-Med RX started out positively. The representative I worked with, Fredrick, was helpful, shared his personal experience, and recommended that I purchase a higher dose of the medication.
I paid for the original order through Zip and used my debit card separately to cover the approximately $30 difference for the increased dosage. That debit card was never saved to my account.
When the medication was delivered, it arrived at my home at approximately 1:00 p.m. while I was at work, and I did not get home until around 5:00 p.m. I texted Fredrick to let him know how long the medication had been sitting after delivery, and he told me it was fine to use. I relied on the guidance I was given.
Unfortunately, I was unable to use the final two syringes because the medication had become congealed. I cannot say for certain what caused the issue, but I was unable to use two weeks of a four-week supply, despite paying extra for the higher dose. I still have both unused syringes stored in my refrigerator in case the company needs to inspect or verify their condition.
About a month later, I noticed an unexpected $299 charge on the same debit card I had only used to pay the approximately $30 dosage difference. I called Multi-Med RX to find out what the charge was for and was told that someone would call me back, but I still have not received a clear explanation.
My biggest concerns are that half of my medication was unusable, I was charged an unexplained $299 fee, and a debit card that was never saved to my account was charged again.

This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM!
First of all I'm even sure what I am getting as it has not helped decrease my appetite as did the previous company. Communication is very difficult. I was assigned a care coordinator who never returned my calls, texts or Emails. He denied receiving them which is not true, I left messages with their answering machine, texts & Emails. Unlike the other company I used they need you to request when you need a refill. As a result of this poor communication I missed a few weeks. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM!
