I trust this companies for repairs and sales

I called first before I made my purchase and I felt like I was talking to a friend. The guys at MulitiCopter are very knowledgeable, helpful, great and willing to share. I’d highly recommend them and will be doing business with them again.

Ordered a replacement part for my DJI drone. It has been shipped fast and they had the lowest price.

The only reason you didn’t score 5 stars is that I wanted the cold osmo cold shoe mic mount on the same order. I called the next day after I placed the original order to add the cold shoe mount to that order so I could save shipping cost on a relatively inexpensive product. I was told that my original order was on the shipping dock and couldn’t be retrieved to add another item to it. I asked how far the shipping dock was from where the person I was talking to. He advize does that it was on the other end of the building. I still don’t understand why he couldn’t have walked to the dock and got my order and added the additional item so I could’ve saved shipping. I never ordered the other item and probably won’t do business with you again because of that.

Quick service. Perfect.

Excellent, I would recommend this company to anyone.
