Hi Russ. Thanks for your feedback. Did you push the mount all the way down in the vehicle socket? Otherwise it’ll shake excessively. It shouldn’t if it’s seated properly. If you’ve used any other aftermarket accessory in the slot, perhaps the mounting point has been stretched or cut which is very common. To eliminate this, try another slot and see if it moves as much. In regards to the cable coming out, that’s definitely a first. That definitely should not happen. Please email our support department with a video showing this and we’ll be happy to see what we can do.

I apologize for the inconvenience. The problem ourselves and others in this industry have is that if we don’t charge upon placing the order we will have hundreds of people that will place preorders with different companies and then cancel them all when the first one ships. This helps us forecast and be able to purchase as many units as possible to get them to our customers as quickly as possible.
