Don't order from these guys. You would think if a brand charges $118 for a pair of pants they could at least provide their customers with some sort of support communication that wasn't me having to wait over 24 hrs to get a response from their company. I recently ordered pants for our family pictures that we have coming up. To ensure that I got the pants in time I paid extra money to expediate the order. After a couple of days and not seeing any movement on the FedEx tracking I messaged the company sharing my concern. It took them 24 hours to respond to my message. (It was a $300+ order) The only thing I was told in the message was that my order would arrive in time for my family pictures. No apology. No help seeing if they could expediate the order (which I paid for). Well the day the order is supposed to arrive I get a notification from Fedex that my shipment will arrive 2 days after when Mugsy promised it would show up. So I messaged Mugsy again....no response. Their support/communication sucks. Terrible company. I now have to go out and try and find some pants last minute. Update 10/7/2025 My pants have still not shown up at this point and the most I've heard from Mugsy is an email offering my 15% off my next order.
