Haven't received my jeans after 3 weeks

This is my first time to purchase and I applied for the 20% discount, but did not get the code. Can it be applied now?

The $20 cash back scam cost me $2. Its not the money, its the scam. I’ve done a lot of business with Mugsy. Love the product. But I’m done.

Having to pay for the ability to return a product is a disgusting joke. Hope the PE firm is satisfied at the next board meeting. Disgusting that checkout plus is a thing and the option not to have it is not explicitly clear. It’s an auto add and not clear how to opt out.

Comfortable jeans, cheap materials. These jeans feel nice but do not last. On one pair the pocket ripped after 6 months of use. On another pair, the zipper unzips itself. Cheap zipper. I contacted the company but they do not care. It's a shame because these could be great jeans if the materials and customer service were better. Update: I did send an email to the address you specified but I never got a reply.
