mugsyjeans.comAfter years of rocking straight-leg jeans, a coworker finally came clean and admitted my baggy jeans looked awful. I knew it was time to up my game, but all the slimmer jeans I tried were too tight and extremely uncomfortable! I've never been one to compromise, so I set out to fix the problem myself. The goal was simple: supreme comfort, clean & stylish fit, room for the boys.I worked with industry experts for years, testing thousands of fabrics and traveling all over the world, and eventually nailed the perfect super-stretch denim that we still use today. Mugsy was born. Now guys can have total confidence in the way they look and feel.

This is my 10th pair. I love these pants. The fit is perfect. Just enough stretch to accommodate this old guy. Pants look new for a long time I hated buying clothes. Mugsy changed that. Many kudos.

Comfortable jeans, cheap materials. These jeans feel nice but do not last. On one pair the pocket ripped after 6 months of use. On another pair, the zipper unzips itself. Cheap zipper. I contacted the company but they do not care. It's a shame because these could be great jeans if the materials and customer service were better. Update: I did send an email to the address you specified but I never got a reply.

I bought a pair of jeans and had to have them shortened. Never had that happen before. They said the length was 30” but they were 32”, and what buggs me the most is that I’ve blocked them at least 25 times in the last week and they still keep sending me emails. Won’t be using them again

The jeans were much too baggy, the sizing was off. When I tried to return them, nothing. No response. No return. Nothing, at all. Do not trust these people!!!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered some shorts. They arrived not hemmed. Almost 100 bucks for unhemmed shorts. This is not reflected on their website When I reached out all they said was it was my fault for not seeing they were no hemmed (even though their chat help bot says they were ). So basically blaming me and saying if I don’t like it they’d give me a refund. Now I have to pay to have them hemmed myself. What really pissed me off was their blaming me for the lack of clear content on their site

Bought these jeans in October as a Christmas gift. When opened at Christmas, they didn’t fit. I contacted the company for an exchange (not a refund) and was denied because it was outside the return window. No holiday grace period, no managerial override, and zero flexibility—despite this being a very common gift scenario. As a first-time customer, this was a disappointing introduction to the brand. I’m now stuck with an expensive pair of unworn jeans and won’t be purchasing from this company again. Buyers should read the return policy very carefully before ordering—especially for gifts.
