We have been with MSUFCU for over 40 years, but they have changed drastically. They are no longer a hometown bank (they act like a bank, not a credit union now). All I asked for a title for a car we have loan on, my name is on the account, but not the loan. They would not tell me if we could even get a copy of the title, my wife would have to call in. We are in the process of leaving, and have been for a few months now. This solidified the closing of all accounts there.

The forced transition from MSUFCU business account to Pillur business account has been horrible, no way to reach to management, customer service reps work from home and the local Msufcu branches don't have the authority or access to help you. Save yourself some headaches and go with another credit union or bank, I was with Msufcu for over 20 years.

I’ve been with this CU since 1989. This CU has supported me through my ups and downs. They are patient with their members, and will help them through hard hard times. There’s no CU better. I appreciate them.

I only like the way they work

Called to make a credit card payment today because there awasome app never works. Only took 28 minutes.. and 275 questions.. before haveing to talk to a *specialist *

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOER SERVICE, WORST WEBSITE, AND WORST POLICIES. MSUFCU MAKES EVERYTHING DIFFICULT AND PENALIZES YOU FOR IT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH AN AUTO LOAN, I CANT SAY THIS ENOUGH..... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Abigail is the worst. Poor customer service to someone that has been banking at Msufcu’s longer than she is old. She doesn’t live by the mission statement of the company. That starts out with “ to provide superior service”…

I honestly believe that the president and ceo is on a mission to make this place shittier than Wells Fargo. I've used portajohns in the army that were more pleasant than this place. 25 years ago I couldn't brag enough about how awesome this place was. They were like no other financial institution in existence. But just as Harvey Dent said in The Dark Knight... "you either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain." I'm not going to go into detail on my recent experience with this place that has caused me to feel this way, but what I will tell you is that karma will find a way. It won't matter though because this place has grown so fat that they can't even see their members anymore. They only see how much money they can rip away from their members so the boss can look good on paper and get that fat annual bonus. I also love how they have updated their charter so it's no longer serving the groups of people they claim to serve. Now anyone can become a member. So whats the point of even being a credit union anymore? Just call yourself what you are....a bank! MSUFCU abandoned me in my time of need. They aren't here for me anymore. They are only here for my money. Stay away from this place at all costs. You're better off getting shafted by Wells Fargo because at least there it's what you expect to happen so lube is usually readily available. Here, they will say they care, but then sodomize you both financially and emotionally without any lube whatsoever. I'll end this with a quote from the late George Carlin who said "whoever coined the phrase 'let the buyer beware' was probably bleeding from the a$$hole!"
