No Accountability or Communication on This Company's Behalf
Purchased an item then when I tried to cancel the item nobody answered the phone despite calling nearly a dozen times. Sent an email as well that went unanswered. When someone finally answered the phone after business hours, I was told that it was too late to cancel the order and that the business email system was having technical issues. The associate advised me to send another email when I received the item in order to obtain an RMA number as well as a prepaid label. Upon attempting to do just that, the business owner named Ryan Owens disregarded that conversation and said that it didn't matter since I had agreed to the terms and conditions of the website upon placing the order. I find it very unprofessional that a company would blame me and force me to pay for return shipping on an item due to their system error and lack of communication. The owner or any other associate should have acknowledged the lack of communication as well as the technical issues and issued a one time courtesy prepaid label.
