MSR ArmsReviews of msrarms.com

I recently made a purchase through MSR but had issues with website not sending me a receipt to my email. I also had trouble get page to load because it was down. I messaged customer service and had someone responding within a couple minutes on a Sunday. I provided my order# and within a couple more minutes they had me a shipping label & tracking # printed, I later received a email from them telling me my item was to be shipped. Per my experience with these people it's been nothing but good and professional. I can't speak to other people's negative reviews but mine was positive so far.

Purchased an item then when I tried to cancel the item nobody answered the phone despite calling nearly a dozen times. Sent an email as well that went unanswered. When someone finally answered the phone after business hours, I was told that it was too late to cancel the order and that the business email system was having technical issues. The associate advised me to send another email when I received the item in order to obtain an RMA number as well as a prepaid label. Upon attempting to do just that, the business owner named Ryan Owens disregarded that conversation and said that it didn't matter since I had agreed to the terms and conditions of the website upon placing the order. I find it very unprofessional that a company would blame me and force me to pay for return shipping on an item due to their system error and lack of communication. The owner or any other associate should have acknowledged the lack of communication as well as the technical issues and issued a one time courtesy prepaid label.

I ordered a new grip from them on a Friday afternoon so I expected it would be shipped on Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed their customer service on Monday and they replies within minutes that it shipped out Friday and gave me the tracking code. To my pleaseny surprise, It arrived the next day! Great customer service, fast shipping and great products. Definitely a worthwhile, legit company. Highly recommended.

First time using MSR arms for a hard to find part. They had it in stock, shipped fast, and threw in some free stickers. Very easy transaction, cool people. Thanks!

Bad experience late yesterday concerning an order, or would be order. The customer rep- I'll not mention her name- accused me of being "short & hostile" in my responses. I understand there were problems with the website, but she continued saying there was no record of my previous purchases & I guess decided to just leave me hanging. Not very good customer service on her behalf.

Had a question on a part that their staff was able to answer. Several other websites didn't even return my email. Ordered the part and it was shipped the next day.
